                                                     2 Tbsp cornstarch 
                                                     1 Tbsp vinegar 
                                                     1 1/2 tsp vanilla 
                                                     1 1/2 cups whipping cream 
                                                     1 cup raspberries, blueberries, strawberries 
                                                     2 kiwifruit, sliced
